Caroline leads Webex Academy at Cisco, the learning hub for Webex solutions. Webex Academy offers learning plans with Webex-verified badges and credentials, e-learning, video tutorials, and instructor-led training to help Webex customers and partners configure, manage, and adopt Cisco’s collaboration solutions. Caroline is a collaboration enthusiast, passionate about learning and development, and enabling teams to provide the best learning experience for Webex with world-class, engaging, innovative content.
Before joining Cisco in 2013, Caroline had over 10 years of SaaS industry experience in sales, customer service, and training, and she holds a BA and MA in Psychology. She lives in coastal North Carolina where she enjoys time at the beach, traveling, reading, 90’s hip hop, and honing her mad trivia skills.
