
I lead the Experience and Insights team for Webex Customer Experience, overseeing a global team of 18 product managers across our Cloud portfolio. My team is responsible for defining and delivering innovative experiences for every persona in the journey: end users, agents, supervisors, analysts, and operators. Our vision is to harness the power of data and AI to reimagine customer experience, turning every interaction-across channels and touchpoints-into actionable insights that drive intelligent decision-making, operational excellence, and stronger connections.
I also lead Accessibility initiatives across Cisco Collaboration, helping power Cisco's purpose of creating an inclusive future for all.
