Webex enhances employee engagement in partnership with StandOut, powered by ADP

2022 will be a year of unprecedented acceleration as industries have adjusted to hybrid work and are now seeking to take collaboration to the next level. The best companies continually invest in their employees to improve engagement and retention, and in the remote work era, employers are searching for new ways to foster a sense of connection amongst their workforce. According to ADP Research Institute, employees that feel strongly connected with their organization are more likely to feel more engaged and resilient, believe that their voice matters at work, and are far less likely to want to leave their current organization.

StandOut, powered by ADP, a talent management solution built on 25 years of research, offers organizations employee engagement and performance solutions to help teams thrive in the new normal, and beyond. With a data-driven, results-oriented approach, StandOut offers every employee the tools they need to discover their unique talents, relate deeply to their teammates, and ultimately feel more connected to their organization.

Webex has been committed to driving engagement with features like people insights, offering 700k users per month relevant professional context on their colleagues in the form of AI-powered profiles.

Today, Webex is partnering with StandOut, enabling employees to now learn about the unique working styles of their colleagues by browsing their StandOut roles. These roles are expressed in the form of two role archetypes, and can be directly accessed from each user’s Webex People Insights Profile. Armed with this information, employees collaborating in a hybrid or virtual space can better prepare for meetings and interactions and mindfully build effective working relationships – all within their current workstreams.

StandOut demonstrably improves employees’ sense of opportunity and offers tools to help them grow, develop, and flourish within their organization. Now, as an integrated part of Webex collaboration insights, employees can quickly access features that help them feel more connected. Webex welcomes StandOut, powered by ADP as an important part of engaging collaboration. Learn more with this video:
