Suzanne is passionate about ensuring that every student has access to the learning opportunities they need to grow. She specializes in enabling secure hybrid education by showing faculty, education leaders, and IT teams how they can reach their education goals by using new technologies. As education needs evolves, Suzanne seeks to study, discover, and share best practices to help education institutions offer the most engaging, secure education experiences with the help of Cisco technologies.
Suzanne has been with Cisco over 3 years, working with education, healthcare, government, and financial institutions to drive adoption of collaboration technologies. She founded Cisco Collaboration’s approach to adoption, by helping customers focus on the key outcomes of important users, and what they need to enable the top use cases. Beforehand, she was a Product Marketing Manager for Cisco’s on-premises meetings portfolio. She double majored in Marketing and Information Technology at North Carolina State University for undergrad. She earned her Master’s of Global Innovation Management from a dual-degree program with SKEMA University in Paris, France and NC State in Raleigh, NC. In her free time, Suzanne can be found road tripping to National Parks, Latin dancing, or participating in Musical Theatre.
