*1/14/22 Update
Starting January 14, 2022, users will be able to login to their Bitmoji account or sign up for a new Bitmoji account directly within Webex. Users who have the Bitmoji mobile app can simply scan the QR code shown in Webex to automatically connect their Bitmoji avatar to Webex. Previously, only a Snapchat login was available in Webex, which continues to be an option. Regardless of how the Bitmoji avatar is connected, Webex users can continue to express themselves with the personalized uniqueness that comes with the wide variety of Bitmoji stickers.
They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. As Webex users increasingly collaborate across meetings, calling and messaging, it is often tough to quickly express ideas, emotions, or quick reactions.
Today, I’m excited to announce that Bitmoji stickers are directly available in Webex Messaging. Millions of users around the world have already discovered the joy and interactivity of Bitmoji stickers and have dedicated hours to personalizing their avatars in hundreds of ways including hair styles, hair colors, facial features, skin tones, and accessories.
How to bring Bitmoji avatars into Webex messaging
Now users can easily bring in their Bitmoji avatars into Webex messaging conversations by logging into their Snapchat account from within Webex. Once logged in, users can select Bitmoji stickers directly from the message compose area in the Webex app and send it directly within a message stream. They can browse a wide selection of stickers, search by occasion or keyword and easily access recently used Bitmoji stickers.
Promise of inclusivity within Webex
The Bitmoji integration is a great example of our inclusive approach to hybrid work encompassing celebrations, surprises and lifestyle moments. In addition to emojis and Giphy, it provides one more way to express yourself and is core to the promise of inclusivity within Webex, bringing together all communication styles, locations and cultures. It is now available in Webex Messaging.
