Manu serves as Director of Product Marketing for Webex Contact Center, an AI-powered customer experience platform, AI-powered Webex Suite, an award winning all-in-one collaboration solution and Webex Calling, a modern enterprise-grade cloud business phone system. Manu has responsibility to bring exciting new features, solutions, and partnerships to market across on-premises, cloud, and mobile-first areas. Manu is passionate about marketing world-class innovations to users, customers, partners, and organizations around the globe.
Manu has over 20 years of progressive industry experience in launching iconic hardware/software products, devices, and services in the dynamic tech and wireless industries. Prior to joining Webex, he held various roles in product management and product marketing at Microsoft, T-Mobile USA, and AT&T Wireless.
He holds a B.S. in Electronics and Telecommunications and an executive master's degree from the University of Washington. When not working, Manu enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with family and friends.
