Patrick is a Strategic Growth & Go to Market Product Manager for the Cisco Webex Device portfolio, encompassing Desk Devices, Room Devices, Headsets, Phones and Cameras, with an emphasis on our Webex on Webex Gold Standard and Device open interop positioning.
Passionate about customer experience, he joined Cisco in 2008 and holds over a decades Collaboration industry experience working across product, engineering, design, go to market and customer sales teams to drive our collaboration suite market adoption.
Prior to his current role, he was lead Desktop PM for Jabber and Webex Teams, introducing Jabber Softphone for VDI (JVDI) to the portfolio and defining the VDI strategy. Patrick is a regular speaker at Cisco Live, Enterprise Connect and Partner, and was recognised by the customer and partner field as top collaboration speaker at a number of these sessions
Patrick is co-founder of the AtlanTec Conference, the leading technology conference in the west of Ireland which during 2020 and 2021 was run exclusively on Webex and saw over 5,000 attendees join over a week of events.
Patrick holds an honours degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland, an MBA from the Open University International Business School along with Project Management Professional (PMP) and High Impact Leadership certifications.
Patrick is based out of the Cisco offices in Galway, Ireland. When not in the office, Patrick can be found spending time with his family and sea-swimming in the Atlantic ocean.
