Sondre creates experiences, products and services that help people work better together. He is passionate about making experiences that enrich people´s everyday lives, either through products that delights by their presence or user interfaces that simply empowers people. Sondre started designing communication products when he joined Nokia in 2006. He led design strategy & foresight during the launch of the award-winning Lumia portfolio. In 2013, he joined Microsoft with the acquisition of Nokia Phones, where he championed design-led innovation across the Phones, Surface and Xbox teams.
After leaving Microsoft in 2015, he worked as a design and strategy consultant start-ups and a number of global brands like IKEA, Audi, Duracell and Cisco. In 2017, he joined Cisco to lead the design team behind Red Dot Award winning Cisco Webex Devices.
Sondre lives in Helsinki.
