What a full few months it has been here at Cisco!  We wrapped up WebexOne last week and on its heels, was the amazing Partner Summit that just wrapped up.

Reflecting on FY24, I feel immense gratitude for our partners’ unwavering dedication. Your commitment to excellence has driven our shared success, helping us achieve milestones and overcome challenges together. This collaboration has strengthened our market position and delivered exceptional value to our customers. The synergy between our teams showcases the power of partnership, propelling us forward.

I want to take a minute to celebrate YOU and announce our 2024 Webex partner award winners! These partners, along with so many others, have delivered exceptional outcomes and are an integral part of our success story. Here’s to celebrating your accomplishments and looking forward to a future filled with continued collaboration and success.

Collaboration Partner of the Year

Recognizing a Global Collaboration partner who has demonstrated extraordinary performed and delivered outstanding customer outcomes by sells Cisco Collaboration across Webex Suite, devices and Contact Center Solutions.

Global Winner: World Wide Technology

World Wide Technology (WWT) partners with Cisco to deliver complex Collaboration and Customer Experience solutions, designing and deploying seamless experiences built around our customers’ workforce needs. WWT earned Cisco’s #1 Collaboration Partner award by driving year-on-year growth in critical collaboration areas including Calling, Contact Center, CPaaS and Video Devices. WWT’s strategic consulting expertise and focus on use case driven outcomes are helping our customers empower their employees at home, in the office, and everywhere in between.

The Reimagine Work Partner of the Year Award

Recognizing a partner in each region who has demonstrated extraordinary performance and delivered outstanding customer outcomes by selling across the Webex Suite.

Americas Winner: SHI

In FY24, SHI grew their Webex Suite business by 185%. Their expertise in digital transformation and Cisco collaboration certifications help optimize workflows and enhance collaboration. SHI’s commitment to sustainability, corporate responsibility, and continuous learning further distinguishes them and they hold a proven track record of exceptional results and strong client relationships.

APJC Winner: Data#3 Limited

Data#3 Limited, with the highest regional certification in Cisco collaboration products, excels in implementation, integration, and support, maximizing customer value and renewals.  Specializing in Cisco technology, they leverage tools like CCW and Tableau for cross-sell opportunities, working with thousands of customers annually. As Australia’s only partner with four consecutive years of growth in collaboration bookings, Data#3 Limited invests in continuous learning and provides the latest AI-driven collaboration technologies to ensure customer success.

EMEA Winner: Swisscom AG

Swisscom AG is the leading telecom service provider in Switzerland and partners with Cisco to offer a wide range of managed services, including networking, security, SD-WAN, and IoT. With extensive experience in Cisco collaboration solutions, Swisscom AG serves all market segments. Notably, Swisscom AG is the first EMEA service provider to transition SMB customers from Cisco BroadWorks to Cisco’s Webex Calling Wholesale platform. This move enhances their manages services with superior AI and UC capabilities, enabling service to customers beyond Switzerland from the Cisco cloud.

The Reimagine Workspaces Partner of the Year Award

Recognizing a partner in each region who has had the most success selling and implementing Cisco Video Devices to help customers create best-in-class workspaces.

EMEA Winner: Kinly

Kinly, a full-service AV and UC integrator, offers expert solutions to help international clients achieve workplace transformation goals. Recognized for their work in the EMEA region, particularly in Norway, the Netherlands, and the UK, their commitment to Cisco has led to strong growth in our video devices portfolio. In FY24, increased engagement with Cisco led to over 40% year-on-year growth in video devices. This true partnership has been marked by numerous joint sales campaigns and customer events.

Americas Winner: Red River Technology

Red River Technology remains a leading partner in the federal market and are expanding their commercial business with strategic wins. Utilizing the partner device NFR program, they deliver impactful demos of reimagined workspaces. In FY24, they achieved 80% growth in Cisco collaboration sales and 37% growth across the device portfolio. Red River Technology continues to provide invaluable feedback in EFT for devices and early partner enablement activities.

APJC Winner: Velocis

Velocis, a top Tier 1 Partner in India, led in Collaboration Devices in FY25 with 127% year-over-year growth. Their specialized team focuses on implementing devices and managing large AV projects. In FY24, they outperformed competitors in large deals and built a strong pipeline through initiatives like hosting an event with Microsoft and Cisco. They also launched a Devices Center of Excellence, showcasing MTR solutions integrated with Cisco Spaces.

Reimagine Customer Experiences Partner of the Year

Recognizes a partner in each region who has had the most success with selling and implementing Webex Contact Center solutions to help customers deliver best in class customer experiences.

Americas Winner: TTEC Digital

In FY24, TTEC Digital achieved significant milestones with Cisco, showcasing their commitment to excellence and innovation. They saw a 44% year-over-year growth in bookings and enhanced their Webex Contact Center ecosystem by onboarding a new business development professional. They also provided targeted training and certifications, expanding into the Cisco commercial space with a focus on Webex Enterprise Contact Center solutions, and developing new services such as TTEC DIGITAL Digital’s Cisco WxCC Jet and InteractionSync for Cisco Webex Contact Center.

APJC Winner: Insung Information

Insung Information, a valued Cisco partner in South Korea for 24 years, excels in Enterprise Networking, Security, and Webex Collaboration, setting them apart in the market. Their cross-architecture solutions enhance customer experiences, particularly in contact centers, thanks to their strong alignment with Cisco sales and pre-sales teams. Holding 13 specializations, including six in Collaboration and Customer Experience, Insung Information led in contact center bookings in APJC and is poised for further success with cloud migration opportunities in FY25, marking their 25th year of partnership.

EMEA Winner: Cisilion Ltd

Cisilion Ltd has a true partnership with Cisco, combining market-leading tech with world-class service to exceed client expectations and prepare for a digital future. Despite being relatively new to the Customer Engagement space, Cisilion Ltd has quickly become a key player, showing agility and a deep commitment to success. Their investment in building capabilities and focus on fostering strong customer relationships has led to impressive customer satisfaction and significant revenue growth. Their openness to feedback and collaboration with Cisco has made them an invaluable partner in driving mutual success.

The Webex Managed Services Award

Recognizing a Service Provider partner delivering exceptional Webex services.

Americas Winner: ConnX Inc

ConnX Inc. has won the Collaboration Managed Services Partner of the Year award. Based in Plainsboro, NJ, ConnX Inc. specializes in transforming legacy voice and contact center systems to the cloud for large enterprises, excelling in complex multi-vendor environments. Their Maestro platform integrates Collaboration and Contact Center Services for seamless observability and control. As a Cisco Premier Service Provider Partner with Contact Center Specialization, ConnX Inc. recently migrated a nationwide automotive retailer with over 5,000 stores and 40,000 voice endpoints to Cisco Webex Calling in under six months without disruptions. For complex technical challenges, ConnX Inc. is the partner to call.

APJC Winner: Nexgen Australia

This year’s winner is Nexgen Australia, an Australian Challenger Partner, servicing small businesses. Nexgen Australia has demonstrated exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences to the SMB market. They do this through the entire customer lifecycle, from sales and implementation to support and renewals. Nexgen Australia leverages the entire Webex portfolio to create seamless and innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of their customers. Nexgen Australia’s ability to transform our Webex technology and devices into happy customers is a testament to their expertise and unwavering focus on customer success.

EMEA Winner: Solutions by STC

In FY24, Solutions by STC boldly aimed to revitalize the business, grow, add new services, build demo facilities, and establish a channel program. Despite the ambitious milestones, they achieved all goals in 10 months by focusing on Cisco and aligning sales and technology efforts. They closed several transformational Collaboration Managed Services deals, built a solution pipeline, and received approval to engage with Cisco on Webex Calling.
