Enjoy other features like interactive maps for navigation, Shake & Connect for networking, and the Level Up game for some fun competition. Stay updated with announcements, discover inspiring speakers, and engage in in-person experiences or virtual interactions like the social wall. Should you need assistance, the help desk is there for you.

Calling all training program participants

If you purchased a training ticket as an add-on to your conference ticket, get ready for an intensive learning experience! Our Training Program & Hands-on Labs starting at 8:00 a.m. PT on 10/24 and 10/25.

Training session space is limited, so it is important that you log into the WebexOne app before the conference to build your agenda and secure a seat in your preferred training sessions.

Once the capacity for each Training session has been reached, only the attendees who have the session in their My Agenda will be admitted to the Training session.

If you aren’t able to add a particular session to your agenda, there’s a possibility you may be able to obtain a seat on the day of the session. We will allow attendees waiting for a spot to fill any open seats as capacity permits, 5 minutes after class starts.

You will also need to download the Webex App to access shared documents and lab guides as well as questions and information throughout the training program. Don’t forget to bring your laptop, charger, and note-taking materials.

Strive for the coveted “5 Star Student” status at Webex Academy – WebexOne 2023! Attend a minimum of 6 hours of classes and/or labs to earn an awesome enamel pin and virtual badge. As an added perk, you’ll have early access to the Showcase before the Welcome Reception on 10/24.
