What is the Webex and Phonism solution?

Phonism by Inlayer provides Webex customers and partners with a flexible device management strategy that prioritizes support for non-Cisco devices. For Cisco devices, Phonism delivers an integrated experience through native integration with ControlHub. Additionally, Phonism offers a self-managed device management option for Partner Managed Devices, allowing seamless integration of third-party non-Cisco SIP devices via Webex API.

The Phonism platform features a multi-protocol API front end that enables real-time integration and management of over 320 device brands, with new additions expanding weekly. Businesses using non-Cisco devices—such as Yealink, Avaya, Snom, Poly, and AudioCodes—can leverage Phonism’s remote management, automated deployment (ZTP), and cloud migration tools. This empowers them to transition to Webex seamlessly, minimizing the need for extensive hardware replacements.
