Incident Managers are now able to create a Webex conference directly from the Major Incident Management Workbench, add relevant people to it and join/launch the meeting. Once the conference is launched, ServiceNow access to near real-time information such as active participants in the conference.

To enable the integrated meeting experience delivered through the ServiceNow user interface, an enhanced Webex App Spoke for ServiceNow Integration Hub has been also released, consisting of nine new meeting-related actions.
