Anupam Mukherjee is a Senior AI Architect at Cisco, where he leads core AI research and development for the Webex AI Agent (Autonomous and Semi-Deterministic) platform, enabling intelligent capabilities for next-generation collaboration experiences. With over 26 years of industry experience, he has been involved across the full AI-driven software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, performance optimization, and large-scale enterprise deployments. His expertise spans AI/ML and Generative AI, data science, distributed cloud systems, big data platforms, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
Before joining Cisco, Anupam held technical leadership and architecture roles at FICO and Dell India R&D, and began his career at Tata Consultancy Services, building strong expertise in enterprise platforms and distributed systems. He is passionate about innovation, mentoring engineering teams, and developing impactful AI solutions. Anupam also owns 15 approved CIPOLs in AI and collaboration technologies.
