Jenna serves as People Partner to the Workplace Technologies organization and leads a 15-member team of People Partners and P&C practitioners supporting Campus, Branch, Industrial IoT Networking and Collaboration. Jenna began her career at Cisco as an Executive Coach, before supporting several ELT leaders as their People Partner, including Fran Katsoudas, Chief People, Policy & Purpose Officer, Kelly Jones, Chief People Officer, Maria Poveromo, Chief Communications Officer, and Mark Patterson, Chief of Staff to the CEO.
Jenna is an International Coaching Federation accredited Executive Coach and possesses over 500 hours of leadership coaching training. She has provided 500+ hours of coaching and communications consulting to 100+ leaders at Fortune 500, non-profit, and VC and private equity-backed companies. She received her executive coaching certification from the University of California, Davis and is also certified in Neuroscience coaching, DEI coaching, Positive Intelligence coaching, and ORSC (Organization and Relationship System) team coaching.
From 2018-2020, Jenna obtained an MBA with a concentration in organizational behavior as an F.C. Austin Scholar at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to business school, Jenna began her career as a Teach for America corps member before becoming the founder and CEO of CASA Academy, a start-up for which Jenna achieved recognition in Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30 list in 2017.Outside of work, Jenna can be found running in the mountains of Marin County where she lives with her husband (Andy) and cat (Julio).
