Kannan Mohan is a technical leader at Cisco and a member of the Webex AI Agent team. As part of the AI Services, he helps power the AI Agent solution with the Engineering side of AI capabilities it needs—enabling teams to deliver intelligent, high-impact experiences across Webex.
Before joining Cisco in 2022, Kannan spent more than 13 years in the software industry, with experience spanning software development, software architecture, and AI/ML solution development. He holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science and brings 16 years of overall experience building and scaling modern technology platforms.
