In the new era where collaboration technology has exploded, the need to get end users up to speed on this technology shift is of paramount importance. Webex understands this and has partnered with Learning Connected to trial the delivery of remote bespoke end user training as a subscription; and it’s now available on SolutionsPlus.

What is the Webex and Learning Connected solution?

Live online communication and collaboration is becoming the “new standard” in more and more sectors because of its many advantages. Online communication is more efficient, cost-effective and sustainable. However, switching to online ways of communicating, working and collaborating is not a simple matter for everyone. Learning Connected designed a user adoption program to guide organizations in the transition from offline to online and hybrid communication with Webex. The user adoption program of Learning Connected is context-driven and offers different solutions for diverse customer groups (public sector, commercial sector, education, and (health)care). After all, a teacher teaching online needs different skills than a doctor performing online consultations. The user adoption program consists of the following six building blocks: a quickscan, training program, project management, a toolbox, webinars, and measuring success. By looking at each organization’s context and challenges, and tailoring the adoption program accordingly, Learning Connected achieves the best results for each organization. Customer success story with Learning Connected

A major Dutch youth care provider, Youz, wanted to use online communication within youth care. With Youz Online, they offer online therapy and psycho-education to children and adolescents with mental health problems and to their parents. To do this appropriately, we helped Youz Online make the transition from offline to online therapy. In this process, all therapists of Youz Online followed our training to become live online practitioners. Here they learned about the differences between offline and online therapy and education, and how to best connect with clients online. Clients were enthusiastic about the interactive psycho-education and followed therapy groups given entirely live online. This resulted in the number of new requests for online therapies to increase significantly. Based on the positive results of our training, we help Youz continue to innovate and expand the team of online therapists. Learning Connected CEO Françoise Wiedenhoff says,
“More and more organizations are moving to online ways of communicating and collaborating, and Cisco is one of the world’s leading players in facilitating organizations in this. But just having the right tools won’t get you there. Communicating and collaborating in an online/hybrid setting differs in many ways from an offline setting. Cisco’s customers are looking to successfully adopt the solution in order to use it effectively to solve their business challenges. After all, Webex only adds value within your organization when all employees know how it works and actually start using it. Cisco also recognizes the importance of user adoption and is now collaborating with us as an official SolutionsPlus Partner to support customers in this regard!”
Cisco’s Collaboration Country leader Jan Roggeveen says,
“I am very excited that we finally have a solutionsPlus partner which purely delivers remote bespoke end user training as a subscription. We have worked with learning Connected for many years, they proved the true value of user adoption to unlock the value of the Webex platform in working processes!”
As Cisco continues to expand its ecosystem partner community, adding support for solutions that not only drive adoption of Webex but solve real workplace use cases is what we will remain focused on throughout the coming months.
