The Webex Integrations team is excited and proud to announce the result of a close collaboration with ServiceNow: a new Notify Webex Connector that streamlines the Major Incident Management process by providing an integrated meeting experience, without the need to leave ServiceNow® Major Incident Management application.
Incident Managers are now able to create a Webex conference directly from the Major Incident Management Workbench, add relevant people to it and join/launch the meeting.
Once the conference is launched, ServiceNow access to near real-time information such as active participants in the conference.
To enable the integrated meeting experience delivered through the ServiceNow user interface, an enhanced Webex App Spoke for ServiceNow Integration Hub has been also released, consisting of nine new meeting-related actions. Anyone – pro-code developers, low-code admins, no-code analysts may now build automated workflows for any use case in an easy to use low-code/no-code interface that include Webex actions, offering extraordinary flexibility and time savings.
