Webex, a purpose-built SaaS suite with Meetings, Messaging and Calling capabilities has released hundreds of new features and integrations across the Webex platform that are accelerating productivity and collaboration for hybrid work. Speed and agility are expected by the market now, with all these recent innovations the Webex Calling service is feature rich, flexible, and secure. We’re continuously adding innovation, based on market and customer needs.

Flexibility is crucial for the hybrid worker

… and how quickly market requirements change! Our customers realize that hybrid work is the new normal and that it requires seamless team collaboration for employees to be successful. Sometimes these employees are at home, sometimes they are at the office, and sometimes they are on the road. What is common, is that they always carry their mobile device with them. All collaboration features need to be available on mobile devices where the platform supports flexibility for all scenarios. New working environments require complete agility and the Webex Desk Hub is a great example of a Cisco product built for flexible workplaces. It’s super simple to make any available desk your personal space while at the office.

Mobility is an essential value and seeing is believing

Now is the time to highlight how we’ve been developing our Calling platform for workers when they are not in the office. We recently announced Webex Go which can make personal mobile phones part of your business phone system by extending your employees’ Webex Calling number and calling features to their mobile phone. Webex Go brings together ease of use benefits of the native mobile phone dialer and high-quality business calls on the cellular network for the users, while ensuring the calls meet the business compliance and security requirements.
