Cisco Board Pro, now certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms

Last year, we announced our partnership with Microsoft, bringing more choice and flexibility to our mutual customers.

Today, we are happy to strengthen that partnership, by announcing that the Cisco Board Pro is Certified for Microsoft Teams. With this milestone, IT can confidently deploy Cisco Board Pro 55-inch and 75-inch models running the Teams Rooms application in their meeting spaces. Users will get a complete Teams Rooms experience by default. They can join Teams meetings and fully-featured Webex meetings back-to-back from the Teams Rooms home screen – with no need to reboot or reconfigure their device. On the Cisco Board Pro, Teams users will be able to enjoy intelligent, built-in device features that help make their meetings more inclusive and productive. And with access to fully featured Webex meetings, users can engage with each other in new ways using tools like Slido.

All certified devices will be manageable in the Teams Admin Center and the new Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal, as well as through the Cisco Control Hub device management.

The Cisco Board Pro joins a list of other devices and peripherals Certified for Teams including the Cisco Desk Camera 4K, the Cisco Headset 320, and the Cisco Headset 720. And soon you will be able to deploy award-winning Cisco Collaboration devices in any workspace, as future waves of certification will include the Cisco Room Bar, Room Kit EQ, Room Kit Pro, Desk Pro and Room Navigator. We expect the Cisco Room Bar with Teams Rooms to enter public beta next week.
