This month we are releasing two new features. One is to alert you that your network connection problems might be causing issues on your meeting video and audio, and the other is about creating custom functionalities for your devices using Webex Assistant skills!
“Your video stream is breaking up there!” Sound familiar? It can be hard knowing whether this is due to network issues on your side, on one of the other meeting participants, or something else. We are making it easier for you to understand the issue by adding an indicator to display a message when you have an issue. Webex Assistant skills is now available for your Webex Rooms devices in the current portfolio! Webex Assistant’s built-in Webex Rooms capabilities serve the most common needs of the workplace. With custom skills, you can add functionality to help your users complete tasks that are specific to your organization – making repetitive and mundane tasks a thing of the past.
