The countdown to WebexOne 2026 is on, and the Webex community is getting ready to come together in Austin for four days of hands-on learning, fresh thinking about AI, meaningful conversations, live music, and a little Austin energy. There’s a lot happening, and a little planning will help you make the most of the experience. 

Consider this your insider guide to the week: where to start, what to add to your calendar, how to use the app, and what virtual attendees need to know. 

Check in and pick up your badge 

When you arrive, head to the Registration & Information Desk in the Level 3 Foyer and bring a government-issued ID to pick up your WebexOne 2026 conference badge.  

Because Technical Training begins early Monday morning, we ask attendees who are not participating in training to pick up their badges after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 5. This will help keep check-in moving smoothly for everyone. 

Registration and badge pickup will be open at the following times.

• Monday, October 5: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM 

• Tuesday, October 6: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

• Wednesday, October 7: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

• Thursday, October 8: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM 

Once your badge is in hand, you’re ready to start exploring. Keep it with you throughout the event—it’s your key to WebexOne and is required for access. 

Plan your week at WebexOne 

WebexOne 2026 takes place October 5–8 at the Fairmont Austin, but your schedule will depend on how you’re joining us. Here’s when each part of the experience begins: 

Technical Training: Monday, October 5 at 8:00 AM through Thursday, October 8 at 2:00 PM. A Training pass is required to attend Technical Training classes and hands-on labs. 

Main conference: Tuesday, October 6 through Thursday, October 8, beginning with the Opening Reception at 4:30 PM on Tuesday. 

Virtual program: Wednesday, October 7 from 9:00 AM through Thursday, October 8 at 3:10 PM. Virtual attendees can tune in to keynote programming from wherever they are.

Make time for the full WebexOne experience 

The agenda is packed, but some of the most memorable WebexOne moments happen outside the session rooms. Leave a little space in your schedule for receptions, live music, conversations, and unexpected connections. Here are a few experiences you won’t want to miss.

This is where WebexOne officially gets underway. Join us for food, drinks, and networking, take your first walk through the showcase floor, and start getting your bearings for the days ahead.

After a full day of sessions and conversations, it’s time to turn up the energy. The All Stars and Red Hot Revolution will bring live music to the evening celebration, so bring your dancing shoes and plan to stay awhile.

Between sessions, make time for an experience that reaches beyond the conference itself. 

From October 6–8, stop by the Covenant House Texas booth in the Congressional Ballroom on Level 3 to pack hygiene kits, meet the Covenant House team, and learn more about the annual Sleep Out.

Let the WebexOne app be your guide

The WebexOne app is your go-to resource before and during the event. Use it to build your personal agenda, explore speakers and sponsors, find your way around the venue, connect with other attendees on the Social Wall, and receive important event updates. 

Download the app for iPhone (iOS 16 or later) or Android (Android 11 or later), or access the WebexOne web app. To sign in, you’ll need a Webex account that matches the email address you used to register. Once you’re in, add your headshot and bio, turn on notifications, and start exploring. 

To build your agenda, browse the keynotes, breakouts, roundtables, Quick Takes, and other sessions, then select the plus (+) icon to add your choices. You can add only one item per time slot, so we recommend leaving meals off your personal agenda to save room for sessions. 

If you’re attending Technical Training, your selected classes and labs will appear in the app alongside the rest of your agenda. Any additions or changes to your Technical Training schedule must still be made through the Technical Training Agenda Builder. 

Meet the WebexOne AI Concierge 

Starting October 4, the WebexOne AI Concierge will be available directly in the event app to help you make the most of your time. Connected to event information and your personal profile, it can recommend sessions, share speaker information, help you plan your schedule, guide you around the venue, and answer common event questions. 

Not sure where to begin? Try asking: 

• “What are my top recommendations for today?” 

• “What should I attend next?” 

• “Tell me about today’s keynote speakers.” 

• “What time does the closing keynote begin?” 

Make time for meals and networking 

You’ll have plenty of chances to refuel and keep the conversation going. Meals and receptions are planned throughout the event, with breakfast and lunch available at different times depending on your pass. Here’s the quick version:

• Thursday, October 8 | 2:00–2:30 PM: Closing Keynote: Webex Customer Awards. Join us for the fifth annual Webex Customer Awards ceremony. 

• Thursday, October 8 | 2:30–3:10 PM: Luminary Fireside Chat with seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, featuring a conversation about collaboration, leadership, and resilience. 

Keynotes will also be available to watch online. If you’re not already registered for WebexOne, sign up for a free Virtual Pass to tune in. Existing WebexOne passholders can access the online keynote programming with their current registration. 

Please note: Your Virtual Pass does not include access to in-person WebexOne activities, Breakout sessions, Technical Training classes, or hands-on labs. 

Travel and accommodations 

The Fairmont Austin is the official hotel partner and the central location for WebexOne activities, making it easy to move from a morning session to a hallway conversation to an evening event without going far. 

If you’re driving to the event, WebexOne attendees can receive 10% off parking in the Fairmont Austin garage. Guests staying at the hotel and parking on their own will have the discount applied to their reservation and reflected in the parking charges on their final bill. If you’re staying elsewhere, pick up a discount voucher at the Registration & Information Desk and present it when exiting the garage each day.
