Alec Walker leads the product roadmap for Webex Control Hub, Cisco’s cloud-based admin portal for managing the entire Webex platform—including Calling, Meetings, Messaging, Devices, and Contact Center—all in one place. He is a passionate advocate for user experience in the enterprise, with a focus on delivering intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions that meet real-world needs.
Prior to joining Cisco, Alec worked at BroadSoft as a product manager focused on delivering differentiated user experiences, particularly within calling enterprise portals. Before BroadSoft, he worked in the early days of mobile application development industry, where creating intuitive and easy-to-use products was essential to success. These experiences shaped his passion for user-centric design in enterprise communications.
Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master’s in English from the University of Virginia. He lives in Northern Virginia with his family and enjoys running and reading in his free time.
