In my world, integrity is non-negotiable. This applies to my family, my friends, my work, and yes — even my golf game. As a sales leader at Cisco, my job is to figure out what everyone on my team needs, and then do what's necessary to get and keep them performing at their best. This means I spend time getting to know what my team members care about and treating them the way they want to be treated.

I'm a proud Bostonian — my wife and I both grew up on the South Shore and we live there today. I've been at Cisco as long as I have because I am still passionate about the work that I do here. I believe in Cisco's message and vision.

I embrace discomfort. I like to shake things up every three or four years. I enjoy leading through change — in both good times and bad — and staying flexible. My approach is to have frequent, spontaneous conversations so that I understand what's going on moment to moment. This industry moves quickly, and the status quo is rarely good enough.
