
Krishna Tyagi is a Senior Technical Leader within the Webex Customer Experience AI Consulting group at Cisco Systems, working across the full Webex CX portfolio — including Webex Contact Center, AI Agent, AI Assistant, and AI Quality Management. He guides enterprise organisations through the complete AI lifecycle, from architecture and design through large-scale deployment and optimisation, partnering closely with Cisco's Product, Engineering, and AI Strategy teams.
With 21 years of industry experience, Krishna has advised C-suite leaders at organisations through complex, large-scale AI transformations. He is a Distinguished Cisco Live Speaker and a recipient of the Cisco-wide Innovation Award, presented by Cisco's CEO. He holds Cisco Generative AI Blue Belt and Business AI Practitioner credentials, is an IEEE Senior Member, and regularly publishes thought leadership on AI and customer experience. Krishna holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and an Executive Leadership certification from Cornell University.
