Mithun Baphana is the Principal Product Manager for Webex Suite, leading product strategy and experiences for Webex Mobile, Cars, and AR-VR-3D. He focuses on mobile-first collaboration across Apple and Android platforms, driving innovations that bring Webex to users wherever they are — on the go, in their vehicles, or in immersive environments. Mithun also shapes the strategy and product experiences for Webex for Cars and next-generation AR-VR-3D collaboration. His work has been featured in global technology and automotive media, and showcased at major industry events such as Mobile World Congress.
Mithun brings over 15 years of industry experience in building mobile product strategies and experiences, and joined Cisco in 2021. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Pune, India.
Outside of work, Mithun is passionate about historical memorabilia and macroeconomics. He lives in San Jose, California, with his wife and two daughters.
