Michael is the Webex Suite Product Owner for the Webex for Government Program offering across US Public Sector: Federal, Civilian, State, Local, and Education at Cisco. Prior to Cisco, Michael was at Microsoft where he held Product and Program Management roles across Operations, Licensing and Pricing, Enterprise Commerce, and Microsoft Teams where he was responsible for driving Quarterly Planning, Release Management, and Engineering Systems across the Calling Meeting and Devices Org, leading device certification programs and partner engagements for Peripherals Product categories across Teams Devices ecosystem. Michael leads by promoting inclusive team cultures in meetings and incorporating customer empathy in design thinking. He holds a MBA from Seattle University and a BS from University of Washington in Applied Mathematics.
