Ted has dedicated over 20 years of his career to understanding how software and technology can enable organizations to deliver exceptional customer experiences, then designing and bringing solutions to market to meet those needs.
His two decades of experience span both on-premises and cloud-delivered contact center solutions and includes countless hours spent hands-on with customers to deeply understand their needs, giving him a unique view on the benefits and best practices across delivery models for contact center solutions.
