It's official — Socio is now part of the new Webex Events portfolio

At Socio, we embrace change. We started the company with the belief that the world and the way people gathered was evolving. We set out to build a team and a platform that would help event professionals make the most of these changes and help shape the future of events.

Our team did exactly that, and though we never could have foreseen the pandemic and the way it accelerated these changes, our team stepped up and transformed Socio into an industry-leading platform for virtual and hybrid events.

The Cisco Webex team shares our vision, and today at WebexOne, we are proud to officially announce that Socio is now part of the new Webex Events portfolio. The newly formed portfolio brings together Webex Webinars and Socio to create the world’s first completely end-to-end hybrid event and meeting technology suite.

If you’re a Socio customer, partner, or friend, you’ve likely noticed some updates we’ve made to the way we visually represent the Webex Events brand. For one, our website has received a major update with a brand-new look and feel. We love the way it turned out and we think you will too!

It’s incredibly important to us that you know that while we may look different, our brand vision remains. The culture that made us special, that attracted you to Socio, and that attracted Webex to Socio, remains unchanged.

Most of all, we want you to know that our people, our commitment to you, and our focus on making Socio the best platform for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events will never change.

We hope you’re as excited about the future of Webex Events as we are, and we hope you’ll join us in celebrating the next phase in our journey to reshape the future of events.
