When in a meeting, you no longer have to worry about stepping away and missing the conversation. With the AI Assistant, you can now catch up on the discussion with personalized highlights and action items once you’re back at your computer. You can even ask the AI Assistant if your name was mentioned in the conversation while you were away so you can stay informed and eliminate any communication gaps.

The AI Assistant that summarizes for you

If you’re short on time and have a mountain of chat messages to catch up on, you can leverage the AI Assistant to summarize one or multiple chat threads within seconds, enabling you to quickly get caught up and respond more efficiently to requests. These summaries are personalized to you and organized by the most pressing action items.

The AI Assistant that writes for you

The AI Assistant is now able to recommend changes to your message tone, format, phrasing, and allowing you to preview before sending so you can make sure your message always reflects your intention and is suited for your audience.

The AI Assistant that translates for you

You can now overcome language barriers and read conversations and chats in your preferred language. With AI Assistant, you can translate messages into 100+ languages before sending.

The AI Assistant that finds answers for you

You no longer have to scroll through spaces to find the file or a specific message that was previously shared. The AI Assistant will now provide powerful search allowing you to easily find anything from documents, conversation topics, and content shared in the Webex app. And the results respect existing permissions to only include information and content that you already have permission to access.

Webex app in the all-new Ford & Lincoln digital experience

We continue to offer flexibility and freedom of choice to work from anywhere. Today, we announced that the Webex app is now available on select Ford and Lincoln vehicles and provides the same immersive Webex experience users expect, with the flexibility and functionality needed to make on-the-go collaboration effortless. Webex is the first to introduce immersive meetings and audio calling in the Ford and Lincoln Digital Experience. Users can join calls or meetings directly from the in-car touchscreen without needing a smartphone or mobile device. AI Call summaries

Never forget the details of an important conversation with Call summaries. Webex Calling will soon include on-demand native call recording, available in CY Q2 2024. Our AI-powered Call summaries automatically summarize key points in your conversations so you can quickly get caught up. Call summaries will be available for beta testing in late CY Q2 2024.

Calling dock

Our new Calling dock provides quick access to powerful calling features like the multi-call window, notifications, settings, and more. You can place the Calling dock around the sides of your desktop so it’s always there when you need it, you never miss an important call, and multi-task with ease. The Calling dock also works with Webex Calling for Microsoft Teams and will be available for beta testing in the coming weeks.

Expanded partner ecosystem

We’ve expanded Cloud Connect for Webex Calling partner ecosystem to include BRCK, Colt, Iristel, Nuwave, and Telefonica Global Services. Today we provide our customers with the flexibility to select from over 30 Certified Calling Providers around the world.

We’re also excited to announce that ASC and Eleveo are now Certified Recording Partners for Webex Calling. These partners help customers to make a smooth move to cloud calling and provide powerful features like AI summaries.
