Espen Løberg is the Vice President and General Manager of the Collaboration Devices business at Cisco. Since joining Cisco through the acquisition of Tandberg in 2010, Espen has played a key role in transforming Cisco’s conferencing and collaboration solutions to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving workplace.
Today, Espen leads a global team responsible for the end-to-end strategy, development, and delivery of Cisco’s industry-leading collaboration devices and software. His portfolio includes innovative video conferencing systems, desk devices, and intelligent peripherals that empower organizations to connect and collaborate seamlessly—whether in the office or working remotely.
Espen is known for driving bold innovation. Under his leadership, Cisco’s devices have set new standards in AI-powered meeting experiences, security, and sustainability, helping millions of users adapt to hybrid work, including the launch of the award-winning Cisco Desk Pro which redefined the hybrid workspace experience for thousands of global enterprises.
He champions close collaboration across engineering, design, and customer experience teams to ensure each solution is intuitive, future-ready, and impactful. A strong advocate for technology’s role in shaping modern work culture, he believes in designing solutions that anticipate tomorrow’s needs.
Espen holds a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and is based in Oslo. Outside the office, he enjoys hiking and cooking with his family—passions that reflect his belief in the value of connection, both in work and life.
