New Webex for Government improves performance and reduces TCO

Webex for Government improves online meetings and lowers total cost of ownership (TCO)

Real-time analytics are now available in Webex for Government. Meeting information is available in a few minutes instead of 24 hours. This improves the time and ability to identify and correct issues for any online meetings. Analyses include:

  • Historical Trend Analysis: providing business insight into user adoption and engagement, historical quality of service, calling metrics, Webex messaging engagement, and device utilization
  • Prebuilt graphs and trend analysis on historical data (up to a year) across all services with insight on adoption, quality, and resources utilization

With Real-Time troubleshooting for online meetings, administrators can drill down into specific meetings to view clients, join method, packet loss, latency, jitter, CPU usage and more. One click from the Control Hub dashboard will show participants with network quality issues. During and after meetings are completed, the Control Hub displays a meeting summary with key performance indicators telling you how well the meeting performed.

Webex for Government generates CSV reports for all statistics and online meeting analytics from meetings and messages. These reports can be run for a configurable time frame, so administrators have the exact information they need to analyze and display any data available. The reports can also be queried so that administrators receive the information they need quickly. These include historical reports at both summary business use levels and low-level detail activity per participant

These Control Hub features, now available with Webex for Government, greatly improve the experience for those in meetings and for administrators who assure the quality of meetings while reducing TCO.
