Webex Meetings is trusted by hybrid workers, enabling more than 250 million monthly participants and powering over two billion monthly meeting minutes for our customers in more than 200 countries. Aragon

Today, we’re thrilled to announce that Webex has been named a leader in The Aragon Research Globe for Intelligent Video Conferencing 2022. We believe this recognition demonstrates our unique ability to innovate at speed and scale and deliver integrated, powerful capabilities for effective and delightful real-time collaboration. At Webex, we’re continually executing against the strategy of enabling an automated and unified experience for hybrid work.

Aragon Graph Highlighting Cisco's Leadership Across Critical Capabilities.

In this report, Aragon highlighted our leadership across critical capabilities and referenced these key areas:

Collaboration Intelligence

We enable industry-leading audio intelligence through voice optimizations that solve the top video meeting frustrations—background noise and poor sound quality—for hybrid workers. AI-driven innovations are embedded in Webex meetings, meeting rooms, and video endpoints, taking collaboration experience to the next level through capabilities like People Focus, Collaboration Insights, and enhanced Meetings Recordings.

Aragon states, “To date, Cisco is still one of the only vendors to have an integrated virtual assistant that will take commands from humans and do actions such as document action items and then distribute them.”

We were the first collaboration platform to offer real-time language translations and bring Gesture Recognition innovation to market. Webex presently supports translations from 13 spoken languages to more than 100 languages.

Seamless integration Aragon

Aragon considers an integrated Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) platform more valuable than a stand-alone video conferencing product for hybrid work because a platform enables users to seamlessly switch between communication channels. Aragon mentions that Webex tightly integrates its software and hardware to deliver intelligent video conferencing across one single collaboration platform, explaining that this is key to better supporting the hybrid work model. We at Webex also believe flexibility in the hybrid workflow is imperative, and for this reason, Webex is deeply integrated with popular third-party apps as well.

Best-of-breed security Aragon

In this report, Aragon cites that Webex’s extensive set of security capabilities provides the best security both for networking and end-to-end collaboration, including privacy, encryption, data loss prevention, mobile security, and legal hold.

Mobile work experiences

From multitasking to collaborating on the go, supporting mobile workers has been one of our key focuses. We recently partnered with Ford to enable Webex Meetings via CarPlay for a seamless transition across locations without any disruption in the workflow.

Webex platform powers the most reliable, simplified, and secure meetings—enabling seamless experiences all the way from scheduling to joining—from devices, rooms, or cars.

At Webex, as we continue to develop features for the broadest set of hybrid work use cases, we expect these capabilities will help customers advance and embrace their hybrid work journey.
