Having worn these earbuds for months now, they are my go-to wearing style. My favorite feature is being able to wear one earbud at a time (left or right) giving me 10 hours+ of talk time a day when at my desk, on my mobile phone, using a video device, or my laptop. It just works! Having the direct integration into Webex gives me background noise reduction, with Webex’s AI-powered noise removal, so I can be in any location without distracting the person I’m talking to. These have been tuned by the best acoustic team in the world and the experience is amazing for music or watching a movie, on a plane, train, or the home office. We have taken a luxury consumer brand and married it to enterprise-grade voice communication.
The charging case is easy to carry around and provides quick charging from a USB-C or via a wireless Qi connection, making it simple to charge with your mobile device or laptop. It’s not too bulky either to carry it in your pocket for a night out or when headed to work.

Headset 900 Series
Last year, Cisco launched the Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980 as part of the 900 series. This over-ear headset allows user to create their own headspace from anywhere. The memory foam ear cushions paired with Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation – give hybrid workers the ability to tune out all noises.
Headset 700 Series
In the range of wireless headsets designed for hybrid work, Cisco also offers the Headset 700 series which includes 2 on-ear models, Headset 720 and 730, with both a boomless or boom arm options, Bluetooth® 5.0, AI voice-activated microphones, and more. The Cisco Headset 720 is newly certified for Microsoft Teams.
Headset 500 Series
The most iconic set of Cisco Headsets is the 500 series, which features 3 styles, all available in mono or stereo-wearing styles:
520 Series for wired users, includes a 3.5mm breakout and in-line controller.
530 Series for wired users, available with quick disconnect and agent training cable.
560 Series for DECT users, offering single or multi-connection (Bluetooth/DECT/Wired) options via the base station.
