At Cisco Live 2026, we announced Cisco Cloud Control, Cisco’s unified platform for AgenticOps. This AI-native management platform reimagines how organizations manage, operate, and optimize their IT infrastructure.
Cisco Cloud Control gives teams one destination to access their complete Cisco estate from a secure, single sign-on experience. It delivers one platform for every domain, including networking, security, observability, compute, and collaboration in a consistent operating experience.
Collaboration Management, Unified in Cisco Cloud Control

For Webex customers, this marks an exciting new chapter: Control Hub is now part of the Cisco Cloud Control experience. The powerful tools teams rely on to manage users, devices, workspaces, and collaboration services are now part of Cisco’s unified platform for AgenticOps, bringing collaboration management into a broader, AI-native operating experience.
With the launch of Cisco Cloud Control, Webex Control Hub is being renamed Collaboration Control Hub, reflecting the breadth of Cisco’s collaboration portfolio and the role it plays across the ecosystem. The new name gives customers and partners a clearer view of what Control Hub supports today: a broader management experience across Webex, Cisco devices, workspaces, and services, including integrations with non-Webex environments such as Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom devices, Vidcast, and Slido.
AI Canvas: Agentic Troubleshooting for Collaboration
AI Canvas is a central part of the Cisco Cloud Control experience. It gives administrators a collaborative agentic workspace where they can ask questions in natural language and receive answers informed by Control Hub and other Cisco platforms. Instead of moving between tools to piece together where issues originate, AI Canvas enables administrators to investigate with shared context, understand likely causes, and identify recommended next steps in one place.
For Webex administrators, this can simplify troubleshooting across collaboration environments. By correlating Control Hub data with signals from platforms such as ThousandEyes and Meraki, AI Canvas can help pinpoint where performance issues may be occurring and recommend corrective actions, such as updating a Meraki QoS policy to prioritize real-time media traffic. This helps teams move quickly from symptoms to root cause to resolution, improving service quality for the entire organization.
The Future of Collaboration Operations Starts Here
Together, Cisco Cloud Control, Collaboration Control Hub, and AI Canvas mark an important step toward the future of AI-native collaboration operations. By bringing the Cisco portfolio together as one connected system, teams can gain broader visibility, simplify troubleshooting, and move faster from insight to resolution across collaboration and the domains that support it. Control Hub in Cisco Cloud Control and AI Canvas are now available in Controlled Availability, giving customers an early opportunity to experience what’s next for unified, agentic IT operations.
