Cisco is hosting its annual Partner Summit this week and the theme this year is Everything Possible. As organizations shift to a Hybrid Work environment, we are committed to making it possible for our customers and partners to adapt and create feature-rich collaboration experiences for everyone. You’ve shared your feedback with us, and I think you’ll be thrilled about some of the innovations we are bringing into Partner Hub so you can best support the hybrid work momentum and simplify workflows for Webex customers. Partner Hub is your central command system to manage your own organization and your customer’s collaboration services In Partner Hub, you can initiate and manage trials for potential customers, delegate administration by assigning roles to partner users, and revamp branding experiences. Soon you’ll also have access to a brand-new overview page with fresh insights and key metrics into customers.
Simplified provisioning experience
We’ve made new enhancements to Partner Hub and have simplified the “first time setup” and provisioning experience to easily identify the correct partner and customer organization, and deliver the services included in the subscription. The new experience will enable you to easily locate the customer’s organization and focus on setting up services that are only necessary at that time. These enhancements will enable both you and the customer admins to easily provision services without prior training or experience and will reduce support cases and inquiries due to complicated workflow or strict validations. We also provide the option to seamlessly initiate a transfer of services from one subscription to another in CCW, and your customer’s licenses will be moved to the new subscription once the transfer is automatically executed. This can also be completed on already suspended subscriptions, saving you time and resources by not having to request Cisco to manually execute the move. The simplified provisioning experience is currently in Beta and will be available in Partner Hub this month.Access to detailed analytics and insights
I’m excited to share that soon we will provide Analytics via Partner Hub to align with the newly announced Webex Wholesale RTM effort. Our Wholesale Partners can now access a detailed Analytics Dashboard of their Wholesale Package assignments. This new dashboard provides information such as total number of customers, total users across all customer organizations and their package assignments. At the bottom of the page, you also have a detailed list of your customers with the information you need at your fingerprints, allowing you to click for detailed information on a specific customer. This dashboard has been created with simplicity in mind and provides fast load times and enhanced filtering capabilities so you can quickly access the information important to you. The new Analytics Dashboard will be available in the first quarter of 2022. And there is more… later in the year, you will also have access to a partner level reports which you can run automatically in a recurring fashion on a daily, weekly, monthly basis or on-demand as needed. We will also provide access to APIs enabling you to run reports and import into other tools and applications you use to run your business. I hope you are excited about these new capabilities in Partner Hub. We have lots more to come over the next few months. We look forward to hearing your feedback.Click here to learn more about Control HubLearn more Webex Devices are again recognized for best product design in the 2021 Red Dot Awards Control Hub wins the SF Design Week Award for accessible data visualization colors Building on Webex momentum: Better solutions for hybrid work Resources Here’s what’s new in Webex Join a Webex online meeting Learn more about Webex, join one of our upcoming training sessions Explore daily product demonstrations Sign up for Webex
