Translator Agent provides real-time, bi-directional speech-to-speech translation, enabling natural conversations between employees and customers who speak different languages. By preserving the caller’s tone and emotion, Translator Agent keeps interactions comfortable and human, driving clearer understanding and more confident conversations on both sides of the call.
The applications for Translator Agent span industries where organizations serve customers and stakeholders across languages. In retail, associates can support a global customer base with questions about products, orders, and pickups without transfers or delays. Financial services teams can communicate clearly on sensitive account or transaction inquiries, while healthcare staff can better serve patients when scheduling care or providing instructions.
