Rajiv Krishnan leads UCCE Webex AI Agent, driving the strategy, vision and roadmap for Webex AI Agent across UCCE, PCCE and WxCCE solutions. He also manages Webex WFO across all Cisco Contact Center solutions. Prior to these responsibilities, Rajiv was the Product Leader responsible for the Webex Contact Center Agent Desktop. He also conceptualized and drove the launch of the Webex Contact Center Supervisor Desktop.
Rajiv has presented at several Cisco Live Breakout sessions in past years. He started his journey at Cisco as the Product Manager for Cisco Finesse, he strategized and led Finesse Releases across several versions, including the crucial Finesse UX refresh. Rajiv has industry experience spanning 25+ years, including career stints at IBM, Talisma, Anthology and Ericsson. Rajiv holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India.
