Through a simple website integration, we enable our customers to make a virtual office accessible directly on their website, as well as a powerful Scheduling Service where customers can book online Webex appointments. Additionally, by utilizing the featured Webex Meetings client, customers get access to the full Webex feature set. Furthermore, we enable our users to access the service directly on their Webex Desk and Board series devices. For example, a Webex DeskPro, with the SWS Kiosk Mode application installed, can be made available in a retail store. The city of Königsbrunn approached the SWS team during the early phase of the pandemic, looking for a solution to maintain their citizen services. As their offices were forced to close, staff still needed to be able to help and service its citizens. The Virtual Office for Public Services (VOPS) solution was a perfect fit. The combination of virtual Ad Hoc meetings and virtual appointment scheduling in one service allowed staff to be effective and continue to deliver critical services remotely.
