As we wrap up our amazing WebexOne event, I reflect on a year full of channel investments including new programs, enablement events, and go-to-market focus with our sales plays. The participation and feedback from our channel partner community has been phenomenal. Our work together and dedication is accelerating market momentum. In FY23, AVI-SPL ranked as one of Cisco’s largest video device global partners and in the US. Throughout the year they actively participated in a CHaaS pilot program, providing feedback on new video devices, and contributing insights to market trends. AVI-SPL’s dedicated Cisco team also hosted successful multi-customer events driving opportunities with very notable customers.
Atea has invested in the latest generation of Webex Microsoft Team Room ready systems in more than 150 fully equipped rooms across 22 office locations. They offer a range of Webex services, including Cloud Calling, CPaaS, and Cisco Webex Meeting Rooms as a service. Their unwavering commitment is showcased through participation at Partner Summit and Executive Briefing Centers, and within our Webex ambassador program. Their work in FY23 has generated strong video device sales and a strong pipeline for the future.
Telstra is Australia’s leading telecommunications and technology company, serving millions of retail mobile, fixed, and data services. They recently refreshed their property portfolio to align with a long-term hybrid work model, optimizing meeting room layouts and incorporating Microsoft Teams Rooms certified devices. Telstra is an expert in the Cisco take-back program helping customers meet sustainability goals by returning Cisco hardware that has reached end-of-use, at no cost.
Recognizing a partner in each region who has demonstrated extraordinary performance and delivered outstanding customer outcomes by selling across the Webex Suite.
ePlus has a strong video team that focuses their efforts on building the best workspace strategy for their customers. Part of that strategy includes AVA – the Automated Virtual Assistant. This innovative solution includes robotic automated testing, uses AI for triage and ticketing and provides a self-service portal for customer analytics. The offer includes 24x7x365 expert technical managed support, that will stay with any issues until resolution. The goal is to find and fix any issues with the customers’ network and devices, before they realize there is a problem. This innovative software offer truly helps customers reimagine work.
MDS has demonstrated a strong alignment with our strategic priorities by investing in resources, demo abilities and enablement. This has led to a strong collaboration with Cisco salesforce and our architecture teams helping customers to Power Hybrid Work. In FY23 MDS has also invested in Digital Marketing and Roadshows which have been a driver of growth increasing revenue by 88% YoY driving more than 10x SaaS conferencing growth.
As New Zealand’s largest telecommunications and digital services company, Spark New Zealand has a powerful purpose: To help all of New Zealand win big in a digital world. Spark NZ has selected Webex Calling and Webex Wholesale providing customers with Calling, Call Center, Collaboration and Cisco Spaces to accelerate the digital transformation of physical spaces.

Presidio takes a true partnership approach by leveraging Cisco solutions and tailoring them to meet the specific needs of their customers while innovating to bridge any technology gaps. Their expertise and longevity under a single practice model is a differentiator and offers customers the best delivery and services available. Significant investments fueling contact center business growth and strong alignment with Cisco sales, technical, and product teams has help them lead contact center bookings by partners for three consecutive years.
BrightCloud Group is a UK-based contact center specialist partner. A long-standing partnership with Cisco and contact center expertise has landed large customers with hundreds to thousands of seats across various industries. Large customer wins have fueled triple-digit growth large customer wins and strong alignment Cisco teams and indicates a promising future in the segment.
Servion is a trusted provider in the field of Webex Contact Centers and Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
