New Webex Calling home page for Microsoft Teams
Our new Webex Calling for Microsoft Teams home page is now generally available. It provides users with easy access to the dial pad, contacts, call history, voicemail, live presence, settings and much more. Watch the video

Webex Calling hotdesking now available for 8800 series devices
If you’re working in a shared workspace that has a Cisco 8800 Series phone, you can easily book the device by scanning a QR code. Once booked, the phone is personalized with your Webex phone number, business contacts, Webex calendar, voicemail, and call history, allowing you to easily access and manage your communications. Webex Calling global expansion
Webex Calling continues to expand its global presence and now generally available in 14 additional countries – Angola, Bhutan, Cambodia, Fiji, Guyana, Haiti, Kenya, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste, and Vanuatu.
Webex Meetings: Now included with Collaboration devices and integrated with Kollective eCDN
Webex Meetings are included with Cisco Devices.
Webex Meetings is now included on shared Cisco collaboration Devices – no additional license required! This means teams collaborating in a workspace with Cisco Devices can initiate a Webex Meeting instantly, regardless of their existing meeting provider. And for customers already using Webex Meetings, you no longer need to pair your laptop to a Cisco device to start a meeting. Learn more.
Webex Meetings integration with Kollective Enterprise Content Delivery Network (eCDN)
A new partner integration with eCDN provider Kollective enables optimization of network traffic when delivering large events, such as company-wide townhalls and training—preventing issues that could impact the entire network. Learn more
Webex Messaging: Introducing quiet hours
Quiet hours
Quiet Hours empowers employees to manage their notifications and have quiet time to disconnect from work. With quiet hours, employees can set a scheduled time to mute all notifications and incoming calls, as well as update their availability to let others know they’re in quiet hours.
Cisco Collaboration Devices: Meeting zone and ThousandEyes integration
Meeting Zone is now GA!

Webex Contact Center: next generation media platform
Webex Contact Center supports Webex Calling with our next-generation media platform
Available in regions serviced by our data centers in the US, Canada, Japan, and Australia, new customers can now use Webex Calling hosted agents with Webex Calling PSTN options. This allows them to connect through Cloud Connect or Local Gateway, making their communication clear and smooth. In addition, our next-generation media platform, or Real-Time Media Service (RTMS), allows customers to unlock new features, like regional media optimization, making their media work even better. Public Sector: Expanding FedRAMP authorization to Webex Contact Center Enterprise and Webex Calling as part of Webex for Government
Webex Contact Center Enterprise for Government has achieved FedRAMP® moderate authorization from the Joint Authorization Board (JAB). Additionally, Webex Calling will be included as part of Webex for Government, which provides the power of the Webex Platform in a single offer for Calling, Meetings, and Messaging with FedRAMP moderate authorization.
