And this year, we’re bringing the celebration to WebexOne 2026 in Austin, Texas, where we’ll recognize the best of the best in true Webex style.

When is the deadline to submit a nomination?

The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, July 10, at 11:59PM CT.

Do I need to attend WebexOne 2026 to win?

Yes, all award finalists must attend WebexOne 2026 in person to be eligible to win. Winners will receive a gift in person.

Who can nominate a customer for a Webex Customer Awards Award?

We encourage customers to self-nominate; in addition, Cisco employees and partners can submit a nomination on behalf of a customer.

Is this program limited to a specific geographic region?

The Webex Customer Awards is a global program, and we welcome submissions from all regions.

When and where will the winners receive their awards?

The winners will be publicly announced at WebexOne 2026 at the Fairmont Austin in Austin, Texas. The awards ceremony will be a live, in-person event at WebexOne 2026. Winners will receive their winners’ gifts in person. Stay tuned for the exact date and time of the ceremony.
