Through three engagement channels, including Webex Advocacy, Webex User Groups, and Webex User Research, the Webex Insider program offers a variety of ways to engage with other Webex customers, our Webex product teams, and Leaders.
With the launch of Webex Insider and Webex Academy, Webex Essentials, the hub of customer success at Webex, now provides a comprehensive range of programs for customers and partners to plan and deliver a successful Webex user experience

Webex Insider
Webex Insider is the central hub to connect collaboration enthusiasts about topics that matter most to them. This is the place for Webex customers to expand their networks, learn alongside top experts in their field, and share their insights that fuels change.
Webex Insider is comprised of three engagement channels: Webex Advocacy, Webex User Groups, and Webex User Research. You can pick and choose which channels you would like to join based on your role and experience.
- Webex Advocacy, formerly Webex Ambassadors, is now a loyalty program that offers Webex customers an opportunity to earn exclusive rewards for their engagement in our program, community, and learning academy.
- Webex User Groups, which incorporates our Webex Experts, combines direct access to product managers, designers, and subject matter experts with regular technical briefings where customers can provide feedback, access exclusive content, and gain early insight into the product roadmap.
- User Research offers Webex customers the opportunity to have a voice in the future experience of Webex by providing direct feedback to the Webex User Experience (UX) team on overall product design and user experience across the Webex Suite.
