In a market that is fast-paced and ever changing, customers rely on the availability of key industry data to stay informed about new innovations, macroeconomic conditions, and their trusted vendors’ performance. It’s one of the many reasons our analyst community is so important to us at Cisco. They provide our customers with expert insights that impact important factors, fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
Today, Frost & Sullivan published their latest Frost Radar, evaluating 2024’s top meeting room video conferencing devices. It’s a robust tool that evaluates top companies for two key areas: innovation and growth.
I’m so proud to share that Cisco has been named the clear leader in room video conferencing devices for 2024. Frost & Sullivan sites that “Cisco remains the clear leader in the global room endpoints market, with a 26.2% revenue market share— more than twice that of its nearest competitor”. In the “Innovation” category, the report specifically names our frictionless workflows, inclusive meetings, and flexibility to work from anywhere. Those capabilities are powered by an AI-first approach, with RMM’s fusing audio, video, and text intelligence across the platform; as well as an industry-leading, interoperable support for Webex, Google Meet, Zoom Meetings, as well as native Microsoft Teams.
Of course, we have two key users that we innovate for – the users of our products, and the IT professionals who deploy and manage our products and services. For the latter user, the report also mentions the strength of our end-to-end management platform, Control Hub, which— integrated with Cisco Spaces and ThousandEyes— provides observability, management, and powerful data across deployments.
Thank you to Frost & Sullivan, to all of our analyst partners, and to our teams at Cisco who tirelessly innovate market-leading products.
