For AI to truly transform productivity, making each interaction smarter is only the beginning. Work doesn’t happen in a single meeting, message, or call—it unfolds across hundreds of interactions, decisions, and actions that build on one another. The next step for AI is to connect those moments, understand the context between them, and help move the work forward. That’s what we’re unlocking with AI across Webex Suite.
Today, a meeting is often understood as one interaction. A message as another. A call as another. Each can be summarized, analyzed, and made more intelligent on its own. But the real value comes from understanding how they connect. The conversation you have today builds on the meeting you had last week. A decision made in that meeting leads to a message, which leads to a call, which leads to an action in another application.
One interaction is a moment. The connections between them tell the story.
And today, we’re still largely responsible for making those connections ourselves. We remember what was decided. We search for the context. We prepare for the next conversation. We carry information from one application to another. And even when AI identifies what needs to happen next, we’re often still the ones responsible for making it happen.
AI is everywhere. But we’re still the ones connecting the dots.
At Cisco, we’ve spent decades mastering connection. We are the heartbeat of the internet, the infrastructure that brings the world together. Collaboration is our home turf. But today, connection alone isn’t enough. To make work meaningful, we need a new intelligence layer on top.
That is why I’m proud to introduce The New Webex App.
Webex App: AI-native collaboration, designed for how you work
We aren’t building another chatbot. We’re building a new way for people and AI to work together, securely. An AI-first collaboration experience that understands the context of your work, helps move that work forward, and brings AI agents directly into the way teams collaborate. And underneath it all is trust—giving people and organizations the confidence to let AI understand more, do more, and participate in more of the work.
AI that Knows Your Work: Your new Webex experience brings together what matters into a personalized view of your day: the priorities that need your attention, the actions requiring follow up, and the meetings and calls ahead.

And before the next important conversation, AI can do the preparation for you—bringing together previous discussions, decisions, open items, relevant people, and information so you can walk in already informed.

Stop starting from scratch. Start in context.
AI that Gets Work Done: Understanding your work is only the beginning. The bigger opportunity is moving from AI that tells you what needs to happen to AI that helps make it happen.
AI can draft, act, and orchestrate multi-step work across the agents, skills, connectors, and applications your organization has approved. And soon, Claude can become part of the collaboration itself. I’m excited to share that Claude, powered by Claude Managed Agents will be able to join Webex spaces, meetings, and calls as a team member—picking up the context of the conversation, working alongside the team, and helping complete the work that comes out of it.
In addition, we also know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to AI. With the Webex Suite MCP integration with OpenAI dots, you can now bring your Webex context directly into dots -from meetings and calls to messages and conversations. And soon, you’ll be able to bring dots into Webex as your digital teammate, helping you carry context across your interactions, prepare for upcoming meetings and calls, stay on top of commitments, and keep your work moving forward.
AI that Works Alongside You: Most AI use today is also limited to elevating personal productivity, rather than catalyzing team performance. You work with AI, but your teammates may never see that work –they can’t build on it, contribute to it, or reuse it.
With Webex, agents become part of the team, participating where the work is happening. They can operate within a defined role, act, and share results where everyone can see them. An agent can join a space, meeting or call, listen for the context it needs, work with the team and execute on your behalf.

Voice Isn’t Just a Conversation. It’s Context.
But work doesn’t only happen in text. Some of the most important moments of your day happen in conversation. A customer explains what they need. A colleague makes a commitment. A partner raises an urgent issue. A team makes a decision.
Voice is an incredibly rich, underutilized signal. It captures the intent behind the text in a way that written words just can’t. A call isn’t just talk; it’s a decision waiting to be acted upon. And in an AI-native collaboration experience, a call shouldn’t be an isolated interaction. Voice becomes another signal that AI can connect with meetings, messages, content, and data to build a more complete picture of your work.
That’s why we’re introducing Personal Agents for Webex Calling. These agents help ensure you don’t miss important calls, even when you’re unavailable. They can intelligently screen calls, converse with callers to understand their needs and determine urgency, prioritize what matters most, and take action on your behalf. Whether you’re on stage, in a meeting, or in flight, your agent understands the caller’s needs, gives you the visibility to make timely in-context decisions, and keeps the work moving.
And we’re not just bringing this intelligence to calling. We’re bringing it to one of the largest communications footprints in the world.
The scale of Cisco Calling is unmatched. Webex Calling now serves more than 20 million users worldwide. Another 30 million rely on Cisco Unified Communications Manager on premises, while Cisco BroadWorks supports 32 million users through service providers. Across all environments, Cisco powers communications for more than 82 million users, across industries – healthcare, financial services, government, manufacturing, transportation, utilities, and others – where every call can matter.

Webex Translator Agent Now Available
Language differences have always been one of the most fundamental barriers to communication. When two people don’t speak the same language, even a simple conversation can require an interpreter, a translation service, or someone else to bridge the gap.
Webex Translator Agent (now in Controlled Availability) brings real-time speech translation directly into the Webex App and Cisco 9800 Series Desk Phones. At launch, Translator Agent supports ten languages, including English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Now each person can speak in their preferred language while the others hear the conversation in their preferred languages, with the speaker’s tone and emotion preserved. It removes a longstanding barrier from the conversation itself, helping employees, customers, and global teams communicate more naturally without relying on a separate interpretation service.
Video adds another dimension to the intelligence Context
Context isn’t limited to what we say. What we show can be just as important. A presentation. A demonstration. Something shared visually. How an idea is delivered. These are signals too. Video becomes another signal AI can understand and connect with—creating a richer picture of what happened and what should happen next.
AI Coach for Vidcast helps people get more value from the videos they create and share by helping people communicate more clearly and make the content more useful. You can also leverage a real-time conversational AI agent in Vidcast to run live rehearsals, pitches and Q&A. The AI Coach watches and listens while a presenter delivers, reacts to pacing, tone, and word choice as they happen, and asks the questions a live audience would.
Voice tells AI more about what was said. Video adds what was shown and how it was communicated. Together, they create richer context for intelligence to act on.

Collaboration AI Agents: A Unified Platform to Build, Deploy, and Manage Securely
Webex is also transforming enterprise engagement by extending our comprehensive, secure AI Agent studio across our entire Collaboration portfolio. The ability to build, deploy, and manage voice and digital multi-modal AI agents across any internal or external use case, allows IT and admins to prioritize consistency. Leveraging the intuitive design environment, AI Agent Studio, organizations can create everything from pre-configured self-service workflows to highly customized agents that span collaboration and third-party channels.

Powerful AI Requires Enterprise Control
As AI models understand more context and becomes capable of taking more action, trust becomes even more important. With Cisco, trust is not a feature we bolt on at the end. It is our architecture from the very beginning. You set the limits. You define what agents can see. You maintain the final say. We don’t promise security; we engineer.
Collaboration AI Agents: Security and performance tracking backed by Cisco: Building AI agents is one thing. Knowing how they’re performing in the real world and catching problems before your customers do – that’s the harder part. AI Agent 360 addresses that directly. It brings together Cisco’s observability, security, and AI management capabilities into a single control plane across the AI agent’s entire lifecycle. You can build, test, monitor, and optimize AI agents in real time, with enterprise-grade AI security and observability.
Zero Trust, Zero Compromise: Webex Zero Trust architecture now extends to every surface on which collaboration happens—meetings, messages, recordings, whiteboards—with enhanced end-to-end encryption that is tamper-proof and auditable. Deepfake detection, in partnership with Pindrop, brings real-time synthetic voice and video verification to Webex Meetings and Calling. Webex Compliance Hub with Theta Lake brings centralized compliance into the collaboration stack. And Post quantum-safe cryptography helps to ensure that data protected today can remain protected forever.

Flexible Deployment: Meeting You Where You Are
For organizations running collaboration to support critical infrastructure, deployment isn’t a preference—it’s a risk decision. A hospital system subject to data residency obligations, a federal agency operating in an air-gapped environment, a multinational navigating eight different regulatory frameworks: each of them needs the power of Webex AI on their own terms. That’s what flexible deployment makes possible.
Cloud Intelligence for Cisco Unified Communications Manager: This industry-first approach brings cloud-powered AI innovations such as AI Assistant, AI Receptionist, and more to existing UCM environments without requiring customers to move their calling platform to the cloud. AI Canvas, real-time analytics and AI-powered insights, anomaly detection, Alert Center, and cloud-based management capabilities help administrators identify and resolve issues faster, automate routine work, and reduce operational overhead – all in an on-premises environment. It’s something only Cisco can deliver across the complete calling architecture—from on-premises to hybrid to cloud.
Cisco AI PODs for Collaboration: Enhancements to Cisco AI PODs for Collaboration bring secure AI innovations to on-premise and hybrid deployments. These enhancements enable Calling and Contact Center support, on-premises post meeting summaries, and on-premises meeting recordings via Video Mesh.
