Lorrissa is SVP/GM and Chief Product Officer for Collaboration software at Cisco. She leads a global team responsible for the future strategy and growth across the Webex portfolio. With the rise of hybrid work, Lorrissa is laser focused on innovation to deliver next generation capabilities with Webex.

Prior to this expanded role, Lorrissa has been overseeing the Webex Calling and Contact Center business. She also drove the product evolution of the Webex App which paved the way for our
best-in-class team collaboration with calling, meetings, messaging, and more. Lorrissa and team have been transforming the modern work experience while empowering people to work from anywhere. Lorrissa continues to lead in this area given her extensive experience with remote work as a Cisco executive and working parent.

Lorrissa brings more than 16 years of experience in product management, productivity software in Microsoft Office, natural language processing, and machine learning with search and NUI experiences, hardware development for sound and video, analytics with Microsoft PowerBI, and business applications for human capital management. She is extremely passionate about innovation and has a track record of thinking outside-the-box with the development of 10 patents over her career.
