To recognize the amazing real-world customer innovations happening with Webex, I’m thrilled to announce the winners of the 2021 Webex Customer Awards. We received over 100 nominations – ranging from small businesses to large corporations – and the stories we saw were just phenomenal. From ensuring every employee has an equal seat at the table no matter where or how they are working to creating Webex-based virtual 3D conference experiences, each story adds another unique layer to how Webex can truly transform the workplace.

This global award celebrates recognizes a customer that celebrates the integrated capabilities of Meetings, Calling, Messaging, and Events.
Amgen set the goal of accelerating digital leadership to transform the digital aspect of their business. When their workforce went remote, they were able to quickly onboard more than 33,000 users in two weeks, reducing disruptions to their business.
This global award recognizes a customer who has used incredible experience strategies with the exceptional use of the Webex Contact Center.
Cover-More Insurance faced the challenge of having multiple legacy contact center applications, which was costly and problematic. By consolidating to a single cloud contact center with Webex, they were able to reduce their total cost of ownership by 30% and exceed their performance metrics.
This global award recognizes a customer who demonstrates a team leading the industry through the creative use of the latest collaboration technologies.
Ford Motor Company is bringing innovation to their products, services, and customers— and also to the Webex platform—as their employees learn and ideate together. Ford created a Webex-based virtual 3D conference experience, allowing attendees to interact just as they would in the physical world.
This global award recognizes a company leveraging collaboration technology to create a diverse and inclusive team.
T-Mobile is bringing its employees together to innovate and make a difference. Whether they’re working from home, the office, or travelling, employees can connect efficiently through consistent, reliable meetings and leveraging video conferencing features like reaction emojis and screen sharing. This global award recognizes customers around the world who have transformed their workplace using Webex.
Deutsche Telekom constantly strives to turn its customers into fans, and continuously seeks to improve their communications and conferencing services. Within a week of the first lockdown in 2020, Deutsche Telekom moved more than 15,000 call center employees to the Webex cloud contact center, enabling them to stay in touch with customers.
ACT Government serves thousands of citizens through health, education, environment, justice, and local government functions. Within 48 hours of Australia’s lockdown, ACT Government was able to set up vaccine booking contact centers and respond to important citizen requests at this critical time, leveraging Webex Contact Center.
