Cisco has a long-standing partnership with IR spanning five years. The IR Collaborate solution suite provides a complete picture of user experience with visibility extending beyond Webex to multiple vendors and platforms, devices, networks, SBCs, and more. Now, as the world returns to a new “Hybrid” work model, and as companies reimagine their work spaces, the time is right to extend our partnership and launch this new solution.

What is the Webex and IR solution?

IR Collaborate provides critical support for Webex, with real-time performance insights, deep data analytics, complete collaboration visibility, customizable dashboards, rapid end-to-end troubleshooting, and proactive alerting.

The solution supports both cloud and on-premises Cisco voice, video, and meeting solutions in one place. It enables complete performance and experience management to help users collaborate seamlessly. With IR Collaborate, customers can:

• Better manage their Webex deployment.
• Access key success metrics, such as user adoption, device utilization, and service health.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and be alerted to issues across their UCC ecosystem.
• Gain visibility not just within Webex, but across their entire environment, including existing on-premises Cisco voice, video, and contact center (CC) solutions, as well as other vendors’ UCC platforms and services, networks, devices, SBCs, and more.

Multi-vendor support – Microsoft Teams and Cisco Solutions Plus

To meet the diverse and evolving needs of the hybrid workplace, more and more organizations are leveraging multiple communication and collaboration platforms, which means more and more organizations need performance and experience management solutions that span across vendors – a need that IR and Cisco have deepened their relationship to address.

IR is announcing that their Collaborate experience and performance management tools for Microsoft Teams are now available as part of Cisco Solutions Plus.
