For Webex partners, there was no better place to be than at Cisco Live in Las Vegas, where you got a front-row seat to Cisco’s vision for the future and experienced the next generation of apps and integrations that will transform our industry and our world.
The keynotes and innovation talks explored every aspect of the Cisco vision, diving into the latest solutions in network security, sustainability, hybrid work, and more – all of which are increasingly powered by generative AI.
“We want to do great things with AI in responsible ways,” said Chair and CEO Chuck Robbins during the event keynote, to “help you drive growth, accelerate innovation, and simplify your experience.”
AI capabilities lie at the heart of Cisco’s enablement of hybrid work, and Webex is leading the way in this new phase in the evolution of the workplace, helping companies reimagine both their workspaces and the way their people do work.
Cisco’s purpose-built devices are “loaded up with AI capabilities,” said Jeetu. These include audio and video intelligence that promotes greater inclusion and well-being, as well as natural language and analytics capabilities.
“We don’t keep AI capabilities to ourselves,” said Jeetu Patel, Cisco’s EVP & GM, Security & Collaboration. “We open it up to our ecosystem” so that everybody benefits from partner solutions and platforms.
Webex partners are right in the middle of this next stage in hybrid work, with apps and integrations that enable customers to be more connected and productive while nurturing creativity.
Cisco Live is where technology innovators come together to ignite the digital future. This year’s Cisco Live did not disappoint, hosting a collaboration showcase that was packed with customers eager to learn about the newest innovations driving the next level of transformation in their organizations.
The Webex Integrations booth was bustling with conversations and demos. Customers were eager to see and hear how Webex and its partners are improving the efficiency and experience of applications their employees are using every day.
Customers met face-to-face with subject matter experts to talk about experiences using Webex Integrations or Embedded Apps. Customers and partners shared their ideas on how they could improve the customer and employee experience and were excited to see how the Webex team has enabled this with a suite of powerful support assets on the Webex Developer site.
At the Partner and Integrations booth, Sheshadri Mookherjee, Senior Product Manager at Cisco, said that customers were particularly interested in applications that enabled call recording, like those from our partners CallCabinet, Dubber, and Imagicle. There was also keen interest in applications that enhance the Webex Contact Center customer experience. Webex Partners Upstream Works and Journey.ai were there to showcase these innovative new experiences.
The Partner and Integrations booth also featured applications from Aware, BasicOps, Charli AI, Empida, Kaltura, Lucidspark, Mindtickle, MoYoBi, Mural, Numici, Salesforce, Raddle, Read.ai, Reflect AI by Alphy and Uniphore.
Over in the World of Solution’s Collaboration Village, more than 20 Webex ecosystem partners engaged directly with customers to showcase how their solutions can address customer business needs and challenges.
The Webex Partner ecosystem offers an exciting and rich suite of solutions that are purpose-built to transform the customer experience.
This month we are delighted to showcase a suite of powerful new applications on the Webex App Hub designed to enhance your work efficiency and power hybrid work:
