Announcing the 2022 Webex Partner Award Winners

What an exciting year of innovation, market transitions and impactful engagements! I have been so energized and thankful to be back meeting partners in-person at Cisco and Partner events throughout the year. Our partner’s stories, accomplishments, enthusiasm, and passion is invigorating.

As we wrap up our first WebexOne Partner Exclusive event and get ready for WebexOne 2022, I am thrilled to recognize a few of the most innovative Collaboration partners in the world through our Webex Partner Awards. This recognition is an opportunity to celebrate the power of our partnerships and appreciate the alignment, execution, and success delivered across the Cisco Webex platform.

We have accomplished so much together and this year we celebrate outstanding partner achievements across seven award categories. With thousands of amazing partners to choose from, we are excited to highlight these inspiring stories that demonstrate the power of hybrid work, delivering incredible customer experiences, new routes to market and enabling inclusive collaboration.

Webex Partner of The Year

The Partner of the Year Award recognizes partners who demonstrated extraordinary performance and contribution to the mission of Cisco’s Collaboration business this year.

Americas Partner of the Year: ConvergeOne

Throughout FY22 ConvergeOne demonstrated their diverse collaboration skill set providing incredible value to their customers. They built competency through Webex Contact Center specializations and continue to align with the Cisco Collaboration team on Webex Connect to extend value delivered to customers. ConvergeOne’s ability to optimize offers and solutions that exceed customer expectations drives balanced performance and steady growth across the Cisco Collaboration portfolio. Congratulations!

EMEA Partner of the Year: Orange Business Services

Orange Business Services has been working with Cisco for nearly 30 years, enhancing connectivity infrastructures and communication services to accelerate digital transformation and provide solutions that enable customers to achieve their business outcomes. In FY22, OBS and Webex focused on the deployment of the Webex Suite to facilitate digital transformation and the cloud journey for customers while also providing the next generation of hybrid working solutions. OBS launched Workplace Together [Webex] providing our customers with a full range of collaboration services including messaging, Calling, Contact Center, CPaaS, all complemented by our best in the world devices. Thank you for your partnership!

APJC Partner of the Year: NexGen

Nexgen provides end to end Cisco Webex solutions to customers in the Australian SMB (Small and Medium Business) market. Their world-class team is focused on providing amazing customer experiences. In two years, they have transitioned their collaboration business from 3rd party on-prem to the Cisco Cloud (via Broadcloud) and Webex Wholesale. With already thousands of provisioned users, Nexgen’s partnership demonstrates how seamless the transition to cloud can be when focus and intent is shared between all stakeholders. Congrats NexGen. Keep up the magnificent work!

Webex Rising Star Award

The Rising Star Award recognizes partners who have demonstrated standout performance in their respective regions, displaying remarkable growth while championing innovative collaboration technology.

Americas Rising Star: Computacenter

This past year Computacenter had a tremendous year of growth across the entire portfolio. They did a fantastic job facilitating large client opportunities in alignment with the Cisco account teams in the Southeast. They continue to partner with Cisco sales teams to create awareness and drive demand via collaboration roadshows and brand recognition campaigns. ComputerCenter is in a unique position to drive continued growth across the collaboration and beyond. Cheers to continued success in FY23.

EMEA Rising Star: Ionize

Ionize is a notable example of a partner leveraging the power of Webex Cloud Services and subscriptions to exceed customer expectations. In FY22, Ionize took advantage of certification and enablement programs to quickly respond to customer needs at scale. The investment and successful project delivery jump started the velocity of the partnership, transactions, growth, and customer satisfaction. APJC Rising Star: Vega

Vega is the largest system integrator and managed service provider for digital workplace systems, audiovisual solutions, video conferencing, and collaboration technologies in Hong Kong. They have developed complete Cisco collaboration solutions with booking systems & Cisco BYOD solutions across all industries, enhancing the way businesses compete, operate, and communicate. Vega’s continued Cisco Collaboration business growth and performance across all Cisco architectures makes them a rising star across the board. Congratulations and thank you for your partnership.

Webex Hybrid Work Innovation Award: WWT

In a world where hybrid work is fast becoming the new normal, we are consistently inspired by those working to unlock new potential and create great collaboration experiences. The Webex Hybrid Work Innovation Award recognizes a partner that excels in supporting excellent customer outcomes and powering hybrid work, leveraging Webex solutions.

For the second year, WWT takes home the Hybrid Work Innovation Award. Upon the opening of our Cisco Penn1 Smart Office in New York, WWT prioritized a trip to see firsthand the power of next generation meeting rooms working in harmony with building intelligence. Their early engagement, Hybrid Work expertise, and enthusiasm quickly translated to customer engagement and value. Investments in marketing assets, advisory services, labs, demos, CRN articles and industry testimonials continues to make WWT a leading partner in powering Hybrid Work. Congratulations WWT!

Webex Managed Services Award: CBTS

The Webex Managed Services Award recognizes a service provider partner for delivering exceptional Webex services.

CBTS, is a high touch Managed Service Provider based in the US. CBTS has shown extensive commitment and alignment with Webex and a relentless customer focus. Using the Webex Developer platform, they continue to create bots and integrations to solve complex customer use cases. CBTS has displayed incredible dedication to Cisco’s full product portfolio delivering differentiated offerings with Cisco Collaboration and Meraki and demonstrating growth in market verticals such as public sector, healthcare, and retail. Webex Cloud Calling Award: KDDI

The Webex Cloud Calling Award recognizes a partner that has seen significant success with Webex Calling over the past fiscal year.

KDDI has led the charge in Japan to deliver modern and effective cloud solutions. With a mobile and cloud first offer, customers can upgrade their legacy environments to Webex Calling and transition to an employee centric work style where work is something you do and not where you are. From small business to world famous corporations, KDDI has led the digital transformation of Japanese industry, doubling its installed user base in 2022. Job well done KDDI.

Webex Customer Experience Award: Presidio

The Webex Customer Experience Award recognizes a partner that has achieved success helping customers deliver best-in-class customer experiences with Cisco Contact Center solutions.

Presidio, a world-renowned Cisco Collaboration partner, is consistently a top performing organization. Their focus on Cisco’s portfolio, ecosystem partners and delivery of innovative technologies brings customers complete world class solutions. In FY22, Presidio led the way in positioning Contact Center and Webex Connect, extending the value of Cisco cloud solutions to the customers they serve. Congratulations and thank you for your continued partnership.

Webex Agent Partner of the Year Award: Rhino Networks

The Agent Partner of the Year Award recognizes a partner that has demonstrated extraordinary partnership and performance by utilizing the agency route to market in FY22.

The Cisco Agency team is thrilled to work with Rhino Networks. Primarily a Meraki-focused reseller, Rhino’s embrace of the agency model lowered barriers to offering Cisco cloud-based Collaboration solutions to their customers. The partnership has created a fast and simple way to deliver additional value to customers at scale. Congratulations. We look forward to working together on new opportunities through this exciting route-to-market.
