What an incredibly exciting month this has been for Webex! We unveiled the all new Webex Suite at our launch event, Hybrid Work. Made Real, on June 8 along with the kickoff of our amazing rebrand campaign. Since then, we’ve seen a wave of global coverage and analyst commentary about our new innovations for hybrid work.
“Cisco seems hyper-focused on crafting a superb user experience for hybrid work, which will be essential because it wants to be the most loved brand in collaboration.” – Forbes Senior Contributing Editor Patrick Moorhead
One thing was clear in all that we accomplished in June – we are passionate about ensuring our customers are successful as they navigate the new world of hybrid work. We believe the future of work will require a different approach – one that empowers inclusivity and puts people and their experiences first.
Our new brand tells a story that connects with new end-users, and reflects a modern, edgier look and feel, and a new logo. But this goes way beyond the visual ID of a brand. Our brand is how we show up in the world and how our customers will experience Webex.
We are dedicated to ensuring we provide a simple, delightful user experience in every interaction our customers have with Webex: in our products that are used by millions of customers, in our website that reaches millions of readers, and in the hundreds of presentations we deliver to live and virtual audiences of all sizes.
Our new logo was inspired by our guiding design principle of inclusion, a core value that is at the heart of everything we do. And we introduced Webex by Cisco. For details on the rebrand, read more here.
Webex’s global brand campaign is now in full throttle! The first customer we featured in our campaign was the McLaren F1 Team who showcased their hybrid work transformation. Hopefully, you caught one of these amazing McLaren ads on one of your favorite TV channels like CNN, Fox Sports, skySPORTS, Foxtel and many more.
On June 8 at our launch event, Hybrid Work. Made Real., Webex took center stage to usher in bold innovations with the all new Webex Suite and a powerful brand campaign that together will power greater inclusivity for all.
The world heard from our customers who emphasized how important inclusivity, security, flexibility, and employee well-being will be in this new hybrid world of work.
If you didn’t get a chance to the watch the event, be sure to watch the replay.
The golf pros weren’t the only major player at the U.S. Open in San Diego’s Torrey Pines golf course! Webex technology was on full display in the NBC broadcast during the two-day event in June. Professional golfer Rocco Mediate joined the live broadcast via Webex for a discussion with NBC host Dan Hicks for commentary on the U.S. Open. Retired professional golfer and analyst Johnny Miller also joined the live broadcast via Webex for a discussion with Dan to share his commentary on the event. Check out the conversations with Rocco Mediate here and Johnny Miller here.
For those of you watching games broadcast on NBC Sports Bay Area, no doubt you’ve seen our new logo at a Sharks, Giants, or Warriors game and are enjoying the transmission of Cisco by Webex. Go Warriors!
